Surrey Scorchers will look to continue their good form when they head north to take on the Caledonia Gladiators on Thursday night in front of the Sky Sports cameras.
It's been just over three weeks since these two teams last met, that time in the BBL Trophy. Since then both teams have had contrasting fortunes.
Caledonia qualified for the BBL Trophy Final Four, where they suffered an 85-75 semi-final defeat against the London Lions. They have since returned to BBL Championship action, winning one and losing two of their three games.
They bounced back from the disappointment in Birmingham with a 78-72 win at home to the Bristol Flyers. However they have followed that result with back-to-back losses, firstly a 12-point loss on the road against Newcastle Eagles and a 97-93 home defeat against Leicester Riders.
By contrast the Scorchers come into this game having won in three of their last four outings, with victories over Sheffield Sharks, Plymouth City Patriots and Bristol Flyers. Their one defeat in this run came at home to Leicester.
Despite recent results, the Gladiators will come into the game as favourites. It's a match up that has favoured the Scottish outfit, who have won all three previous meetings this season.
Back in January the Scorchers came to PlaySport Arena short-handed, with Saiquan Jamison, Cameron Gooden and Jordan Hunt all unavailable. Despite a competitive first half, the hosts proved to be too strong and won the game by a convincing 99-74 score line.
Czech forward Lukas Palyza lead the scoring for the Gladiators in that game. He ended the night with 20-points in 24 minutes, shooting 6/11 from three-point range.
Tip off at PlaySport Arena is at 19:45 and the game will be live on Sky Sports, as well as the BBL's YouTube channel.
